Take one (1) to two (2) scoop(s) of Wrecked mixed with 250ml of water roughly 20 to 30 minutes before working out. By waiting at least twenty minutes, the body can optimally absorb all the
active ingredients.

We recommend first-time users start with half a scoop to assess tolerance safely. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving size.
